I would like to see what the community thinks about HL as the community hub and if you think having BOS accessible through HL would help the MP scene.

Yes and no (and apologies if my explanation seems like I am trying to stir up issues/arguments).


The problem isn't that people have no idea where to find the "Multiplayer" option,  so I feel the only benefit it may present is a better interface than the current, but other than that I can't see it doing much.


The main problem is that since a lot of the players come from the original il2 series, the lack of alternate Allied aircraft make it not as enjoyable.

Not everyone wants to fly a German aircraft, and unfortunately for them the only alternative is to fly a Soviet plane.

The problem is that for whatever reason a lot of people don't want to fly them (either because of their "inferiority" at this point in time, or because they only want to fly British/ American aircraft).

I know over time more and more content will be added, for example in the plane set for BOM there will be the p40 so the future is looking bright.

But until more non-Soviet planes get added, I don't believe that we will see many full servers.

 I see you point about the plane set's but hyperlobby is a hub for the community where everyone from every style to taste can gather play and communicate
