SFF_Karhu Posted March 28, 2015 Posted March 28, 2015 Hi! Is it possible to have more pilots head movment zoom out? Like in Clod i use JoyToKey program and in old Il2 Sans Fov Changer. For me 100% zoom out is not enough, 120% would be perfect. Is there any workaround? Any conf.ini file that can be modified or any third party tool? Sry if this is somewhere already, but my first post here Just install Bos
6./ZG26_Emil Posted March 28, 2015 Posted March 28, 2015 Yes The Ins/Del/Home/End/Page up/page down keys all modify the pilot's head position. I can't remember which but one can zoom out more. When you get something you like hit F10 to save that as the default position for that aircraft. Beware though....fixing an F10 fail can take a while...I'm still trying to fix my Yak-1 view :D

Cause I messed that up and fixed it.

No help Moving head on keys Ins and Home dont zoom out more than regular zoom out(i have mapped joystick key number 3 to zoom out). Is there any way to change zoom out 100% paramet on bos files?
6./ZG26_Emil Posted March 28, 2015 Posted March 28, 2015 It should do, make sure you're zoomed all the way out to start.
SFF_Karhu Posted March 29, 2015 Author Posted March 29, 2015 It should do, make sure you're zoomed all the way out to start. Ha haaaaa. Thx mate, it does Jihaa!
SFF_Karhu Posted March 29, 2015 Author Posted March 29, 2015 Beware though....fixing an F10 fail can take a while...I'm still trying to fix my Yak-1 view :D Yes, you are right on that. Messed my Bf zoom and uninstalled the game and installing it again This method is workaround, but not real 120% zoom out like Sans Fov Changer. Is there any way to put Sans Fov Changer in Bos?
SFF_Karhu Posted March 29, 2015 Author Posted March 29, 2015 Can i put this Sans file [DeviceLink] port=1711 anywhere in Bos?
AvengerSeawolf Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 (edited) Yep that was it :D The commands that will help you fix any centered positions concerning the distance and the how big or small you see the illuminated target are the move pilot head forward and backward. let's say you moved to the back too far ( and have saved that position with the f10) then you have to go and press to move forward., well here is the trick , the camera will move forwards but also bow and look down in position and you may think it does nothing but it does..... , after that use your mouse to move up the view and center it to the position you like. and then save with F10 Now if you have used the commands move pilot head left or right, after asigning the correct distance play a little with these commands to center it.. See attachement for the commands I mean. P.S> sorry for the late reply I did not follow the topic. Edited March 31, 2015 by AvengerSeawolf
SCG_Space_Ghost Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 Karhu, To my knowledge there is no way to change the default FOV limits.
