6./ZG26_McKvack Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 I am trying to figure how to use the "auto drop" mode in the He-111 but it just keeps screwing up. I put in all the settings height, speed, wind and then uses the "auto" mode but it keeps going to the left/right-up/down all the time making me miss my target. Any help is appreciated.

SharpeXB Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 Use a really big bomb so you don't have to aim :-D
LAL_Luny Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 (edited) Or use manual mode, its by far the most efficient. Use view mode to align on the target and check settings (wind direction mostly) once sure of the path, manual mode and drop when the visor is on the target. With a bit of training you can be very precise even at high altitudes (6000-7000m) To check if wind correction is correct choose a small object on the ground (a tree) before target in view mode the vertical line on the cross hair need to be on that point from the begining to the end of the flyby. If it goes a bit oblical (from right to left of the line of cross hair for instance) correct wind direction accordingly Edited March 26, 2015 by UF_Luny
Bullets Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 Use a really big bomb so you don't have to aim :-D Not versus tanks.... dropped the big bomb roughly ~10m away from a group of tanks and they all survived. They rolled out of the crater like nothing had hit them! Imo tanks are too tough against bombs 1
avlSteve Posted March 27, 2015 Posted March 27, 2015 its broken ATM... Thanks, I assumed it was me. After a couple of miserable runs, I went back to manual mode, which usually serves me well. That is, if I've not overflown the target already, again.
6./ZG26_McKvack Posted March 27, 2015 Author Posted March 27, 2015 (edited) Is it just me or is it always one cloud [Edited] with you when you are about to bomb something? It can be super clear with just a few very small clouds and then over the target there is always that one massive cloud. Surely you can get your point across without the colorful language. Edited March 27, 2015 by Bearcat Profanity...
