Mastermariner Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 These lady's just came by in BKK on their way home to China , if they need someone to give them body massage or shampoo etc I'm more than available. 1
Finkeren Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 Oh, I just started watching 'Night Swallows' alongside 'The Attackers' (thanks for the heads-up about those Mastermariner ) Talk about some tough and cool girls. If I had to pick some contemporary girls to give a back rub, I'd pick the YPJ-gals fighting ISIL (though they'd propably prefer that I just cleaned their Kalashnikovs for them) 3

Finkeren Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 In a day and age where physical strength is pretty much a non-issue when it comes to flying, I don't see why women shouldn't be just as good, even better, combat pilots than men. A lot women I know are generally more aware of their surroundings, cooler, calmer and more deliberate in their actions, with higher patience and better at coping with longer periods of stress than most men. And last but not least: They're generally shorter and therefore more fit to handle the forces involved in modern air combat.

No wonder if nobody joins.

No wonder if nobody joins. Well get the women then. After all, Soviet women volunteered to fly U-2 crop dusters in combat in the air force that had the lowest life expectancy for its pilots at the time.
FlatSpinMan Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Stunning. What's the plane? Looks like a Euro fighter.
Mastermariner Posted March 24, 2015 Author Posted March 24, 2015 I "stole" the photo from Bangkok Post, the title reads -Pilots of J-10 Chinese fighter jets are welcomed at Wing 6 in Bangkok, where they made a stop for refuelling en route from the Langkawi airshow back to China. Regards Master 1

I agree with the facts of all of that, as long as there is a man to parallel park the plane for them. 5
Trooper117 Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Hate to tell you this, but not all women are thin... 1
Finkeren Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 Yes we need the U-2 too! Bydh3RUIgAA2-fr.jpg Master Damn, I love that med-evac 'coffin' on the wing. Imagine having to lie inside that, wounded, with no parachute for an hour-long trip at tree top altitude in a swerving, rickety old biplane in the middle of a Russian winter. 3
MiloMorai Posted March 25, 2015 Posted March 25, 2015 Ayesha Farooq, 26, Pakistan's only female war-ready fighter pilot, poses for photograph as she sits in a cockpit of a Chinese-made F-7PG fighter jet at Mushaf base in Sargodha, Pakistan, June 6, 2013. The PLA seems to have many female pilots. Yu Xu, Tao Jiali, Sheng Yifei and He Xiaoli seen on the runway of the Zuhuhai exhibition. They are the first female military pilots to join the Aeobatics Team of the People's Liberation Army of China 4

And last but not least: They're generally shorter and therefore more fit to handle the forces involved in modern air combat. Actually quite the contrary. Down here in Las Vegas during 'Red Flag', pilots say they end up in very close engagements where physical strength is required, far more often than using their long range weapon systems. A woman simply can't endure as much g-forces as men. I don't think women can deal with stress as good either, especially under pressure. As far as being aware of their surroundings, I think it's been a while since you've been in a car while a woman is driving. Though there are quite a few women flying A-10's, F-16/18's, Apache's who do kick ass. Edited March 26, 2015 by Silky
johncage Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 it depends what they are doing. combat veterans are very rare. sometime ago, pilot killed herself on landing in carrier. another time pilot killed herself and her trainer while flying nap of the earth. endurance, spatial intelligence, reaction time are typically better in men. that's not so say women cannot be better, it's just more rare. it's reason why airline pilots are mostly men. best way to do this is gradually, and don't dip standards to the express purpose of filling a gender quota, that's how you get people killed.
Finkeren Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 As far as being aware of their surroundings, I think it's been a while since you've been in a car while a woman is driving. On the contrary, all the really good drivers I know are women (and yes, they can parallel park too ) and the far majority of the bad ones are men. 2
Finkeren Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 Well, in my book taking care is a pretty essential part of being a good driver (and a good combat pilot as well)
Mastermariner Posted April 2, 2015 Author Posted April 2, 2015 A somewhat older photo from direr times, I'm sure anyone of them would hand my ass in a air fight. Master

voncrapenhauser Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 insurances companies charge less women for they have less accidents statistically but not for they are better drivers thy just take more care i guess Call Sheila's wheels now.

Finkeren Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 You guys will have to wait a few years tho, https://youtu.be/pSWDW18ygaw That might be just about the cutest thing I've ever seen. I so wish I could afford a pilots licence so I could take my daughter for such a ride.
unreasonable Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 Is that not just a very expensive way of whirling them around in the back garden - held by hands for +g by the legs or -g ? BTW watching that was NOT strangely arousing, or arousing at all, no sir, just to ensure no possible misunderstanding....
unreasonable Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 I think this thread should be merged with http://forum.il2sturmovik.com/topic/16976-remove-cat-flying/ for obvious reasons.
Mastermariner Posted June 23, 2015 Author Posted June 23, 2015 I think this thread should be merged with for obvious reasons. Wait a minute! What sex was that cat? Could been a Tom cat for all that we know and this is girls thread. But I guess a neutered Tom can fit in. Master
unreasonable Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Come to think of it you are probably right that that was a tomcat: 1) It seemed to have a fairly large head for its body size, to house the large male brain - similar to humans in this respect. 2) Behaviour: a) It had gone off to a secluded spot for some peace and quiet instead of hanging around with its sisters meawing. b) On finding that it was in an adventure it came to see what was happening and enjoyed the ride. A female cat would have jumped down into the female human's lap, scratched her, then leapt across to the male pilot and cuddled up for reassurance while asking for an increase in it's tuna allowance. c) Once the ride was over, the cat jumped down and strolled off, to drink beer or watch sport on TV: a female cat would want to discuss the emotional impact of the experience. 1
Mastermariner Posted June 23, 2015 Author Posted June 23, 2015 Your probably right. Might add: d)To brag about it online! Master
Mastermariner Posted November 5, 2015 Author Posted November 5, 2015 h?v=mcTO5jjmhttps://www.youtube.com/watcQ10 As a part of joint coop Thailand and China ( congrats BTW! ) the girls are coming back! Be there! Master
