Wuerger Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 Urgently need some help. Please. Somehow smashed my view setting. Played a little with pilot head position in the settings and now my normal view is fixed to the right bottom of the cockpit. Can't center my view back to normal position. How can I fix this? Can't find a "reset pilot head position" button.
Potenz Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 i think you should disable trackir, the play with the insert, del, home, end, pagup, pagdwn buttons to leave it in any desire position and save it with F10, happened to the same a few month ago, also it's independent for each plane
Wuerger Posted March 21, 2015 Author Posted March 21, 2015 (edited) Hi, Potenz. Thanks for answering. Unfortunately I don't succeed. Before it happened I played with F9, don't remember yet, which sort of view I have to choose with F9, in German it is "zentrierte Schnellsicht", "Schwenkkamera", "fixierte Schnellsicht and so on. Suppose I first have to choose the old F9-view and then do the changes with insert, del etc. Can't find the exact center postion. Bad enough there ist no reset standard position of pilot head Edited March 21, 2015 by Wuerger
SharpeXB Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 (edited) To reset the default view Go to data/LuaScripts/snapviews And delete the file for that plane, then restart without your TrackIR on. Make any adjustments and then press F10 Edited March 21, 2015 by SharpeXB
oneeyeddog Posted March 21, 2015 Posted March 21, 2015 (edited) Werger, I believe F9 is default to disable TIR. Disable TIR , press F1 to go to cockpit view and adjust from there. It helps me to adjust views in Single Player as you can slow down the passage of time in game, using [ and ] .Its easier to fine tune your views this way using the aforementioned del, insert, end, home, pg up,pg down. Press F10 to save your view when you get it to where you want it. Edited March 21, 2015 by oneeyeddog
