I can confirm that works. Just downloaded BOS today and put that solution in place.

Freetrack stopped being supported 7 years ago. I used it years ago on DCS and all i can say is that it's pretty obsolete.

Tried Opentrack also, shoddy software.

If you want a stable and precise software use Factracknoir, and using the oldtrackir=1 works, but not precise and smooth at all.

I agree with opentrack being slightly shoddy, but once you get it working, it is marvelous. I used to use facetracknoir but it won't allow 95 degree pitch up view in this game, opentrack on the other hand does, along with it being a lot smoother.

Also depends on the lighting you have, if you have low lighting, opentrack works well, good lighting on the other hand goes well with facetracknoir.

Looks like there is some form of support still going on over there. See for yourself: http://forum.free-track.net/index.php?showtopicgroup=12

I've tried FTNOIR and a number of others and find Freetrack 2.2 the most stable of the bunch once dialed in... mind you, I am using a single point setup for 2dof. Turns out that 3dof is too much for me... my head moves too much due to neurological issues, but 2dof is just right. Oh, I've been using it for around a year or so now.
