VBF-12_Stick-95 Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 I am wondering which software packages can open the template files, work with the layers and output a DDS file (via a plug-in if needed). The obvious ones that do are Adobe Photoshop and GIMP. What else is out there?

It does have dds support built in, very nice. On the other hand I don't see psd support. I looked for a plugin and the latest seems to be v2.4.1. I installed it and although it shows the file type in the open file dialog, no files are listed. There are many posts about this plugin not working in the forums.
