Never-Ending Server File Download After Force-Quit[Resolved]

Hi, just posting this incase anyone else has a quick fix. It may be server side, but earlier I was joining TWB server and connected as usual, and at the end of the loading I force-quit the game as I realized I forgot my Trackir. Upon relaunching, the game will say downloading files from server and never end. I cleared all the multiplayer files and tried connection to another server with custom files; they were updated as usual under the Dogfight folder. Still, the same problem occurs with that exact server. No other servers have any problems, and 12 players are online and I connected fine 2 minutes before. It may be server side but I'm thinking I caused some sort of hiccup in my game files or something. Canceling the download causes an abrupt freeze.
