Can we host a game on our own?
We just tried to play the multiplayer and there was no host button?
Please help

There is no hosted server in the client, but there is a dedicated server, look in bin/game/DServer.exe.

It requires a separate account, though. You can get a limited free account for the server by requesting in a support ticket. The instructions are *somewhere* on this forum, possibly in the thread about the latest release. Sorry I don't have the link at hand at the moment.

Any MP mission you ever joined is stored under multiplayer/dogfight. You can easily change them (weather, plane set etc) and enter that mission under "manage SDS" within the dserver.exe. And there are stock missions already.

Thanks guys. I found the DServer.exe
However I couldn't find any missions, please help.
Do I have to create a mission on my own? If so, where is the mission editor??

Thanks again, guys.

"manage SDS" - Stock Missions  is empty ?  Did you join MP missions already ? Then you just use the "add" button and browse towards multiplayer/dogfight.

To alter any mission the editor is there:  /bin/editor

What do you mean by that? And how do I get this support ticket thing?

Go to www.il2sturmovik.com, log in your (game) account - not  the forum account.

Click Support > "I have not found solution in the FAQ" > Others > fill the form requesting the limited (free) account for use with Dserver.

You are to open the Dserver in you computer, and then open the game (in the same computer) and log into your own server - and your guests too.
