Really Bad Peformance!!!

Hi, just bought BOS,

My system is

i5 4th gen at 3.3 ghz

Gtx 750 ti 2GB

8GB Ram

1tb HDD

 

So basically games runs really poorly, on minimum graphics fps range from 20-30, on ultra they go to 15 fps. I really want this to work great. Games like advanced warfare and BF4 play at around 60+ fps on ultra, is there a setting or tweak i am missing? Have tried a few suggestions on the net, but none work effectively. Please help, thanks
