Problem Microsoft C++

When I want to open a mission with the editor, I have a error Microsoft C ++. So I uninstalled and reinstalled several times but nothing and done. I also reinstalled Microsoft Visual C ++ 2010.

 

my Settings : Windows 7  64 bits

                     i5-3570K @ 4 GHz

                      RAM 16 Go
