Why Doesn't Locking Fuel Levels Server Variable Work?

Am I doing something wrong? Locking fuel loads in the sds doesn't seem to do any locking of fuel loads that I set in the mission. Is this feature not implemented yet?

May you open your sds with notepad, et copy it here. Delete the credential information.
