Howdy folks,

Apologies if this is the wrong venue for this post. Sent in a DServer account request hours after 1.0009 launched. Still waiting to hear back.

Tried to find any other avenue to reach out to the team, but the Support ticket system is the only thing there, and since there is no way to check status, I have not received any emails, etc, I thought I'd turn here.

Can Zak or Jason or any of those folks look into this? My community has a server ready and waiting, and I've whipped together some missions, and I'd really like for us to get to try some cooperative this weekend.

Edit: Just wanted to add - big fan of the game, glad it's finally feature complete. Can't wait to get in the air with friends, and can't wait for Moscow!

Saw Project Manager Han himself, in a public Multiplayer server on Saturday the 28th, after I made a forum complaint of the hotfix not addressing this issue. Here's what he "said" there,

Why would a hotfix be relevant? The problem is with the time taken registering accounts, not with the software.
