Well...it's great news, and something i've always wanted but because developer is Milestone i don't have too high hopes unfortunately. Hopefully i'm wrong tought, we'll see...

Looks like they are snubbing the US again..........they always do this by not offering it here. And they wonder why piracy is so rampant.

what are you talking about? it's on steam, that means it's a worldwide release. and piracy is rampant because stupid assholes think they are entitled to other people's work without purchasing.

Yeah it's on Steam but not for pre-order in the US. They took the button away. And on the website it does not have my country listed as being able to buy it. They did this with the WSBK series and then a year later released it here.

see here:

Not option to even click to pre-order but yet it unlocks in March?

i wonder how they solved steering

Judging from the videos I have seen of it looks pretty well solved to me. You can clearly see the bike sliding into the corner and then hooking up the turn. I'm not getting my hopes up but I think this SIM would be amazing on a VR device.

sorry, but i don't see the problem. pre ordering it isn't going to get you the game faster.

if you can flip off your bike and die when careening off a cliffside will be a bonus.

I know that. What it wont get me is the Yamaha DLC pack if I don't PO. THAT is why I want to pre-order it. I used to own an R-6.

what looks promising to me is the posibility to take to country roads, to do this i play grand prix legends in very long circuits

YES and the bikes are customizable with REAL WORLD aftermarket parts. And you can buy REAL WORLD riding gear (fake money obviously).

The KTM RC1190R is in there. I'm just happy they have the two-stroke Aprilia RS250 in game.

Just scroll down and click all the logos to see all the bikes!

Man the DLC for this game is cheap. Only $3.99 USD for 3 bikes! I got the Classic Bikes and the Yamaha Pack. They even have eBikes in the game!

Okay so I have the game and all DLC. All in all it is basically Forza and Tourist Trophy rolled into one. You can customize the bike pretty heavily and you can customize your rider with REAL WORLD helmets, gloves, boots and suits. It is not an easy game, even with 'Very Easy AI' settings. Riding the Ducati Monster 696 is like dragging an anchor through molasses. But when you mod it all the way out it fairs pretty good. The KTM RC390 keep blasting past my 696 though??? I do not see how but I guess it will be fixed later.

So, I just picked up the 2014 MV Agusta F3. I am blown away by this bike. If it really does perform this way in real life, I pity other machines. When I ran it stock the handling was superb, braking phenomenal and down shift out of high speeds awe inspiring! No nasty redlines or back torque. It's transmission is the frown jewel of the bike. The engine sounds like a damn Ferrari of two wheels and even better with the Zard full Titanium system on it.

It's already out on Steam, XBOX ONE and PS4. It's 39.99 and the two DLC packs are bundled at $7.99 USD. The Digital Deluxe Edition doesn't come with anything you need. Just a stupid soundtrack and a 'making of video' and a video of 'Why we Ride'. Not wroth the extra $20 USD. But just get the normal version on Steam and get the 2015 Yamaha & Historic Bike sets.

More safe to race on the PC than on real world.  I'm out of these looong time ago. :) Though I still ride my 1400cc tuned to 155ps.

My old YZF-R6 was a measly 104hp with 44lb-ft. I still got it up to 165mph though.

Hmm - looked kinda intriguing so I D/L'ed the free demo via Steam.  Couldn't get it to work - wouldn't recognize my controllers and kept locking up refusing to recognize the Esc key unless I alt-tabbed out and back.

Oh well - the race-opening cut scene introduction or whatever looked pretty cool, but that's as far as I could get.

Guess I saved some money anyway :)

I use a wireless XBOX 360 controller for playing this game. It works right out of the box. If you have a wired one it will recognize that straight away..

I really dig the Aprilia Factory APRC. As a stock bike it does very well. You add some mods to it and it is a borderline race bike. I was surprised that the 2006 Honda VTR SP2 (RC51 in the US) kept up with the Duc's and Ape's. the MV Rivale is a very fun bike to squirt around the canyon track. The PRO physics are tough, so watch out.
