AI flight will not take off ?

Hi All. Two questions,[1]  flying quick missions, select the number of a/c in my flight , select their skins and armament, I take off and they stay put ? I then call and give an order but they just sit there with engines running? I'm sure that this did not use to happen ?

 

 

[2]  When I first installed Shadowplay I successfully recorded four missions and they are all there in the games flight recording section and the same recordings are also recorded automatically in Windows video.

 

      But now when i decide to record, the copy is captured in Windows but not the in-game flight recording? I thought that there may be a limit as to how many could be held in the game option, [4 ? ]

 

     I did  delete one , but still no recording ?    have I missed something or doing something wrong ?

For the AI, try using the command Do like me when you are taking off.

I don't believe it !! I started the same mission and before I could send any message the rest of my flight all took off behind me ? so unpredictable !
