Have explained I just want the planes and extras to be unlocked after buying both premium planes. How hard can it be?

Now, when I went throught this topic I see many had the same problem in the past and after reporting here and via ticket they got it working. What is going on this time? Groucho67 Posted June 16, 2015 Posted June 16, 2015 (edited) I replied to customer service saying 1. I bought the premium content Friday 2. It's Tuesday and I haven't received the unlocks yet. 3. It's a simple thing that has been sorted before so why do I need to send a list of notifications, screen shots etc? I just got a reply saying just: "Necessarily, illustrate the description with screenshots" I sent screenshots of 1. The page showing the purchases and 2. The campaign stats where only three planes on each side are available. It's a bit disappointing having to chase up something as simple as this - an issue which appears to have been resolved for others quickly and easily many times before.... Groucho67 Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 (edited) No update, No solution, not even an auto-response. I don't want to gripe but loads of people have had this issue sorted quickly and effectively. Really poor customer service. I would advise anyone considering the premium upgrade for unlocks not to buy until this issue has been properly dealt with. Edited June 17, 2015 by Groucho67
