Hey folks! I recently started this thread on the ROF Forum and thought I might get some good advice here as well. (Note: while in the original post I asked which computers will run ROF on max settings, I will be also wanting to run BOS on max settings since I own that too. ;) )

Hi all! I am looking at buying a gaming laptop capable of running Rise of Flight. Do any of you have any suggestions? Here are the features I am looking for:

- That it would be able to run ROF under max settings.

- That it runs with Windows software. It's the software I'm used to. ;)

- That it be a reliable model and not prone to sudden shut downs.

- That it be a fast and powerful computer with the processing power to handle pretty much anything. At this point I'd like my new computer to be my "go-to" machine for both gaming and college studies and everything in between.

- That it has decent sound and a crisp, bright display.

- That it have a good battery life.

- That it not be extremely heavy or bulky. I'm thinking below 6.5 lbs. (I know optical drives add weight, so having one is not a must.)

- That it have a good wifi connection (an Ethernet port would be nice too, but isn't necessary).

And last of all, the price: I'm willing to spend up to around $1500 US dollars on this purchase, but for that amount I would like it to be able to handle everything a "normal" laptop could in addition to gaming capability.

Thanks in advance,
