HagarTheHorrible Posted September 26, 2013 Posted September 26, 2013 Are flight sims not big or important enough to get "Experienced" ? Who does the "experiencing", Nvidia, game developers, fans ?
FuriousMeow Posted September 27, 2013 Posted September 27, 2013 It's just optimal settings. Like SLI profiles, but SLI profiles actually do something and have great positive or severe adverse performance affects. Here's a thread to get RoF added to the "Experience": http://riseofflight.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=74&t=38235 So basically the most optimal settings through nVidia's control panel. What does it mean? Enough people with similiarish hardware played a game to allow an optimum configuration to be arrived at to set in nVidia's CP for that game with enough people pushing to get those profiles added to nVidia Experience. What does it REALLY mean? Nothing. Because sometimes those optimal settings reduce graphics quality that someone else preferred while giving them a slight performance boost but they prefered the performance hit with the better visual settings.
