keeno Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 Hi all, I'm fairly new to teamspeak, could someone explain why the teamspeak list of official BoS TS servers don't have the same names as when you log in to fly multi player in BoS. For example: The list of TS Servers are listed #1, #2 etc in TeamSpeak but the list of multi player servers in BoS have names such as "wings of liberty" and "syndicate full realism" Also, I can't seem to find hardly any English speaking, full realism servers with any English flying? Am I missing something obvious? Cheers

Cheers yes, those are separate Dservers run by different squadrons/ clans. they have their own TS just i.e. typ in google Newwings and should take a list for that and look for the newwings squadron names. as for English speaking, around PST 1230 to 1530 lots of eastern Europe on.
-NW-ChiefRedCloud Posted January 29, 2015 Posted January 29, 2015 The address for New Wings TeamSpeak is 70.42.74.44 ...... but though we are an American group, New Wings, we are an international community. Chief
keeno Posted January 29, 2015 Author Posted January 29, 2015 Thanks for replies, I had a quick flight on New Wings this afternoon, looks good! What time does it begin to fill up, there was nobody on so I messed around landing He111 at neutral airfields. Cheers
-NW-ChiefRedCloud Posted January 29, 2015 Posted January 29, 2015 Depends on where you live. Europeans are normally on when Americans are not. You just have to look at the trend and jump in. Not an answer but hard to give one. Remember the rule of thumb ..... one pilot often attracts others (and sometimes, not). Chief
keeno Posted January 30, 2015 Author Posted January 30, 2015 Thanks again, sorry to repeat my original question but... if I fly on "-DED-Battle of Stalingrad Expert" how do I know I'm on the correct teamspeak channel for this server when the teamspeak channels in BoS multiplayer list are named #1, #2 etc? Hope that makes sense. Cheers
-NW-ChiefRedCloud Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 Don't know if there is a way ..... but you can see WHO is in WHICH sever with this app here ----> http://online.il2forever.com/ and then look to see if any of them are in TS. Chief
Major_Hero Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 Could I please ask an additional question on team speak as I too am pretty new to its use. I can hear everyone pretty we'll prior to game start up procedures, but then as things take off and combat ensues, the voices on team speak are drowned out by the ingame action. I can hardly hear a thing. It's the same in clod and other games. What am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance for any solutions

Thank you in advance for any solutions Turn down the game volume in your mixer, I make sure my game volume is quiet enough so I can easily hear people on TS and so I am not shouting.
Remontti Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 You could also get BOS Launcher and check both players in game and in teamspeak http://forum.il2sturmovik.com/topic/12832-bos-launcher/ 1
