Help! Need the measurements for Track IR Hat Clip please.

I moved a while back and finally got situated and got my computer back up but I lost my hat clip. Could someone please measure the Track IR hat clip for me in inches, I only have a tape measure on hand. I need to build one from a coat hanger and reflective tape. 

 

I was going to buy one from Natural Point but I am not going to pay 16 dollars to ship the 9.99 clip, they have insane shipping cost.
