Arfix you have a right to post as you see fit but digging this up, again, can not help. I did not vote which is my choice. I purchased BoS with no idea of the unlocks coming. I do not like them but I am managing that part. And though nothing is strictly impossible, I find myself shaking my head in anyone thinking a poll will change what previous threads have not. But good luck anyway.

     I hoped that the poll would allow people to express their feelings about unlocks in such a way that the publisher could not dismiss those who dislike unlocks as a minority that trolls the subject simply to create chaos on this forum. If  enough people had expressed their feelings by voting yea or nay, it might well have put the subject to rest.

     Considering the number of votes, it appears that the publishers policy of saying "We will not change under any circumstance. Now shut up and sit down." has prevailed.

I think you've misunderstand the general dismissal of this thread.

 

There is already a poll that was created by someone high-up in 777 - (1149 member(s) have cast votes) - it changed nothing - why would we believe a user-created poll could have any more influence?

Guys,

 

Just because the poll goes one way or another does not mean with any certainty that the system will change. I'm just giving you a way to clearly state your opinion without slinging mud. Maybe the team will feel compelled to do something or maybe not. I do not know what will happen and it's out of my control. I just want you to have a chance to be heard. Beyond that I do not know if anything will change.

I don't mind the unlocks for the planes that come with the base version of the game, but strongly believe that all new aircraft introduced as pay for dlc should not require unlocking.

Saw this poll a few days ago and it has been covered elsewhere for sure.

 

Its now clear the "don't wants" are in a majority.

 

I think maybe the poll should have been like it says at the top.
