Loading game failure

I have a loading failure...the game opens and goes through all the way into the start of a mission...when I hit start the game starts to load  and the red bar on the bottom goes all the way to the end but slows down at the end and then the game stops responding.

Any clues here?

It would help if you gave more information. Was it working previously? Have you updated it since it last worked?

Thanks for response Andy.......the problem has somehow resolved itself......for the last day it would not complete the loading of the quick mission....looked like it loaded but the loading process just locked at the end......just rebooted the computer a couple of times and finally after a number of reboots it loaded properly.....did nothing to the program...so it must have been something in my computer not the program.....another one of those mysteries....I checked for any virus and found none on my machine.....I have Kaspersky which seems to do a good job keeping my computer relatively clean.

I'm hoping the developers will get a different season for the landscape sometime....I'm getting a little bored with the snow and all of the battle was not fought in winter....so historically it would be nice to see a thaw...   )
