Frames per Second settings

Hi All. I have just installed a new graphic card [ Gigabyte GTX 970 ] and have been re-setting the game, have set graphics to Ultra but I was also thinking of my FPS settings, at the moment they are set at 60.

 

          Now with the new card can I now increase these settings, I notice also that there is an option which say "switch off" not sure what that will do ?

 

I would appreciate some advice, and anything else that i can try with this new card.

That's a max fps limit option, set it to your monitor refresh rate (for 60hz monitor = 60 fps limiter).
