Disappearing objects / Objects are non destructible

1) Disappearing Objects

When I am during a mission looking at objects on the ground like AAA guns, field guns, trucks even trains it is very annoying to have them just disappear.

I understand these are animated objects and probably the game logic is not to keep them active when they are over a certain distance of the plane as the whole dynamics of the game seem to be completely plane centric. But for sure it kills the immersiveness.

This is contrary to the logic where there is a battle going on  and the player plane is part of it. Our PCs are now powerful enough to keep up with all these objects which by the way are really very tiny quantity on the battle field. They should be kept there.

2) Non destructible objects

When we look at gun camera films or inflight films taken during the war the damage that the 20mm cannons could inflict on light infrastructure, this is absolutely not reflected in the game. Everything seems made completely undestructible except for heavy bombs. I hope that it is planned in the future a more realistic damage model to the ground infrastructure. Typically if I fire 20 mmm machine gun on fuel tanks just nothing happens and this is not correct. Do not tell me that the tanks are empty and in any case should be damaged if not exploding in a fireball or at least catching fire, this is high octane very volatile fuel.

the fact that the objects dissappear shows the contrary - i would not know, but i bet this question has been pondered before the game was written [player centered or battle centered? have enuff Hardware to go Big?], and i would gather that, the answer to the question was a big fat "no".

Its a big Map, its a long front... ?
