I'm not sure what I did, but I had (maybe by default on installation) a key mapped to my joystick that would toggle my pilots head to the gunsight view (where he leans in and is centered on the gunsights in the 109s specifically, i do 95% of my flying there).

I pressed something by accident and screwed up my camera angles, now I can't seem to get it centered properly anymore (trackIR5) but more importantly and the reason for this post , I can't for the life of me figure out how to set a way to view the gunsight ? If I press NUMPAD 5 + NUMPAD 7,8 or 9 it will come up but that seems to be it, and only if I hold them down together. I can't find a key mapped for it anywhere in the controls for the game.

Help?

Hi Mack674, I have the same problem, except it was my grand daughter who pushed some buttons when I was flying with her.  Anyhow I lost my gunsight also.

So here is hoping for an answer :help:

Use the keys bellow to recenter the gunsight position:

Insert = Move pilot head forward

Home = Move pilot head backward

Page up = Move pilot head up

Page down = Move pilot head down

Delete = Move pilot head left

End = Move pilot head right

Wen done press F10 to save the new position.

"F10 = Save current corrections in head snap position"

To avoid this "accident" again, remap F-10 for Alt+F10, so will not save by chance some unwanted position.

Or load the default commands table and map his personal commands again.

Yeah but.. im still not following.

I meant I had a toggle switch, Like a button I pressed once , not something I had to press and hold down continously. I could hit this switch once on my joystick to go to the gunsight, and hit it again to go back. I have no idea how to map that as it doesn't seem to exist anywhere in the controls and I don't really understand mapping these head snaps... or at least getting them to snap to one position and stay there without me holding down the button, trying to hold down 2-5 buttons at a time to do different maneouvers is irritating and not practical.

I tried loading default key maps and it didnt fix it.
