How can i open own dedicated server?

You can't. Only a selected few have access to the dedicated server software.

But the devs have promised that a Dserver will be releaed to all soon. Define soon at your own peril. but it is coming.

Some moths ago, few was before end of 2014.... I think actually comunity wil be have soon ( 2 weeks ) a Dedicated server  and full Mision builder .

If you want have a " aproximate" idea of possibilities, you can look to Rise Of Flight. 

 

The Dedicated server and Full Mision Builder of BoS are a "evolution" of Rise Of Flight Dserver and FMbuilder.

 

I supose option of capture its avaliable.

Yes you can do it now in Wargrounds and a few others, take a resupply aircraft land on a grey airbase shut off your engines and finish flight. Base is yours. Not the same as dropping paratroops from a cargo plane like we did in Warbirds but it works. Capture the flag type gameplay is fun. I'm sure when we get the Dserver and ME you can make it anyway you want.
