Blurry Clouds and other issues

Hi All, 

 

I've got a few questions that I need help with...

 

1.) What's up with these blurry clouds? I had a particularly cloudy SP mission yesterday and it gave me enormous headaches trying to track enemy a/c through clouds. Any way to remedy this?

 

2.) +/- zoom. The smooth zoom is to slow for me, I adjusted everything I've seen as adjustible in terms of speed to max but still it's too slow.  

 

3.) Inertia with camera - In external views mainly, even though I selected 0 for inertia in the settings. Things are kinda sluggish for me.

 

4.) General FPS drops. I just installed a GTX 970 and saw a massive improvement on other titles but this game just won't go past 50 for me and regularly drops off to 20 or so. What's the secret? Does anybody have a good how to guide to settings, ini files and nvidia control panel?

I hope the graphic glitches with clouds are fixed soon...anytime you have to look at that "effect", it reminds the pilot this is just a game, not real life....
