B0S crashs on clicking "flight records" ...help please

Teach me to think how amazing to have a game not crash on me. 2 mins later while renaming a flight video in "flight records" bang, crashed out!! Now when  open the game every time I try to access the video records the game suffers a "IL2 has stopped working" syndrome. 

Do I need to download again, which would be a pain in the arse after the hours spent fine tuning my key commands.

Just to close, many mentions of this bug, no replies to my query. Have deleted and re loaded, plus 2 hrs of resetting my key commands. Works perfectly again.

You might know but you can make a copy of the "input" folder in the future to avoid having to remap controls :-D

 

Yeah usually just reinstalling the game has worked for me to solve crashes.

Just as another thought, is it possible to save the video records outside of BoS so they can be safe from program failures?
