would bluetooth work for teamspeak 3?

i wanna alter my voice

does it pick it up via a dongle..

responce please only if youve seen it done or have knowlege of it

 i got it  for c.o.d 4 on playstation would it work for teamspeak?

also would a cheap 20 dollor monitor be able to be a  second one. would if fit into my p5kpl mother board slot ..i use a hd 5670 radeon graphix card that works fine for me
