In my opinion they doesn't cares about what we write in all that polls. ( to all Mods: I don't start the poll to discredit the game, the community, the forum or anyone else! Otherwhise they won't get anything done, because they they can not spread their limmited resurces on to many topics at the same time. So they usually can't react fast to wishes of the community.

Some things can be changed without structural damage and bring down the whole building. Some things can't. Also you can't allow your team to be distracted by their or others desire to change things before the structure is completed. Other wise you risk never finishing at all. Yes, the Dev's do listen i.e. read our comments. Some I'm sure they share others not so much. Why? They have to look at the BIG picture and not just the smaller parts. Threads of this nature are not really helpful in that it digs open old soars that need to heal. No real good can come of it even though I think I understand your concern. My thoughts? Thanks for asking. Enjoy what you have, hope for more, don't be too disappointed if you don't get it. As much as I like this sim, there is more to life than just it. Don't you agree? EG14_Attila Posted January 5, 2015 Author Posted January 5, 2015 The reason that I started this poll was that I read the poll with the planes which should be added by the devs. I have also my wishes for example the P39, but we can have 1000 wishes and it is useless, when the devs or producers don't care about it! ( I don' t say they doesn't care, but it could be! )

However, since self selecting polls are notoriously unreliable, this is not the only method used by the development team."

I rather hope so, they did design it and own the company Would love to see the mess if a car was built relying on the most vocal demands of general customers It always amuses me that with a sub $100 dollar purchase, people (not aimed at anyone in particular) feel they have bought the right to sway decisions in a $100,000+ project with no clue on what is required to complete and bring a sim to market within budget constraints perhaps the roadmap to be announced soon will improve perceptions Cheers Dakpilot 3

But we all hope that we are wrong with our fears! Time will tell...

AndyJWest Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 The only sensible answer to 'Is it usefull to start a poll' is 'yes, sometimes' (along with 'use a spellchecker' ). What aren't useful are polls with loaded questions, polls that don't include sensible common answers as options, and polls which look like demands that the developers do this that or the other. I'm sure that when a poll asks a sensible question, the developers will look at the results. I'm also sure that they rarely make decisions as to future content etc solely on the basis of polls which only attract a small proportion of the customer base. They are in possession of information we aren't, and accordingly have to take other factors into account.
