TM Warthog input response settings

I'm having a tough time getting any stability in BoS.  Using TM Warthog stick and rudder and CH Pro pedals.

 

I crash every time.  Very loose controls and flight instability.  Under "devices" what should my settings be? 

 

Also, with my Warthog stick, Warthog throttle and CH Pro rudder pedals, what are good settings for the "input responses"?
