Dropbox with all Historical Skins

Hey mates,

i just filled my Dropbox with all the Historical Skins you guys are doing. I am doing this for a friends, who is pretty new to this game and was never in the Forum, so he don't have to work himself through the whole threads and several (amongst other czech) download hosters. This way he just downloads the folders (i have sorted the skins after planes), and drag them into his Skin-Folder, done.

Now i thought about opening this Dropbox Folders to everyone in here, after it took me one hour to upload them, that it has had more purpose. But before doing it, i want an okay from all the artists, who did those awesome skins, because of course it is not my own work, and i don't wanna show if it was.

But it would be way easier and faster for a lot of people to get them this way. Would you people be interested in such skin download folders?

Note: I only downloaded (an reuploaded) fully historical skins for either russians, and germans (so with swastikas, downloaded a few non-swastika one's, where there was no swastika one)

Like i said before: I will either way only clear this folder for the public, if the skin makers are ok with it.

:salute:

Ok by me, but you may have a challenge keeping up with updating the file......

I wonder why they don't do the skins for BOS as they have done them for ROF with skinpacks, which appears to work pretty well. Both historical and fictional...

that's no problem, i am checking the skins several times a week, to have as many as possible in my own directory, so it's no prob to load them up into dropbox any time.

But i will wait one or two more days, to get more confirmations from the skinmakers, and will then possibly PM a few of them who didn't answer. But then i will (hopefully) publish my Dropbox folder address here

can't they put in their skins in the official english one like any french, belgium, german, czech or italian? can't read those letters for anything, and google translate only translates half of them. from a lot i can't even say if they are historical (especially the russians, when there is no JG or german name on it). But i will work myself through when i have the time, and download all of them who look "historical"

Sounds good.

However, I would appreciated it (and I think all skin artists do) if you make sure that the correct artist is mentioned. (Just to prefect confusion).

If, as "usual" in Internet posts (forum, Facebook, Twiiter, WhatsApp...) most of the text does not say anything useful, translators don't do miracles... :)

At moment, most of skins on Russian forum is... "personal ".

And there skins with Hakenkreuz can be posted only as spoiler, with link for picture of the historical one.

Of course they want their skins shown and used. I'm going to install all of them, I want to them all online!

OK, I have no problem with that ;)
