puckeredup Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 Having just downloaded BOS well impressed! BUT.....Have a full pro flight set up for FSX. Have assigned foot pedals and throttle quadrant, no problem. However, no sign of my switch panel being recognised or my pro flight yoke. Any ideas, are they compatable? To use them would save a lot of searching the key board for the relevant control buttons. Thanks in advance for any help....
Sokol1 Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 The Yoke should work, is just not "PnP", is need assign axis for aileron, elevator... in Settings. The Saitek Switch Panel, no, because this controller is not seen by Windows as DirectInput controller (check on Control Panel>Game Controllers). Work on FSX/X-Plane because Saitek provide code to communicate with those sim. But is possible used in BoS with 3rd part code, look at Hardware, Software and Controllers sub-forum, has a related topic, with code.
puckeredup Posted January 3, 2015 Author Posted January 3, 2015 Thanks for the reply, would be good to utilize the switch panel as it is there in front of me. Cheers
Sokol1 Posted January 3, 2015 Posted January 3, 2015 Try this workaround: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=107949 BTW - You guys, users of these Saitek panels shall request/pressure Saitek for provides drivers for this operating as DirectInput (joystick) in other games than FSX/X-Plane. When the X-55 Rino was released, has mention of possible drivers with this feature, but no news so far.
