Is it possible to start mission only on dedicated or i can post it and test in sigle player mode?

if you want to test it in single player you have to put a plane somewhere on the map set on player (in advanced properties of the plane where you set the AI level) and you also have to set in the mission properties the mission as a single mission (and not a deathmatch)

when i'm trying to lounch the mission it says - This mission is unavailable for your account.

you have to launch it in offline mode.

One more question plz. I do not anderstand how to choose stalingrad map. I just can open ready mission and delete all objects. But how to start working with empty map.

File - New - then?? I have found all objects groups but didn't find how to choose exact map.

for the moment you can't !

You have to open an existing mission made on the stalingrad map and then select and delete everything

You should be able to switch between maps in the mission advanced properties (like in RoF) but the GUI map menu is blank

But when i try to connect it using global lobby i have #10019 error - Can't connect to server to download mission.
What's wrong?

You have to save your multiplayer mission in this folder : IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad\data\Multiplayer\Dogfight

Then you have to upload it (all the files exept the .mission file) in the exact same path in your server.

Otherwise when you'll wonnect to your server you will not download the loc files due to a wrong patch in the list file (if you open the . list file you will see that it giving the wrong patch for the other files.)

 

Finally to lauch your mission you have to add the link in the sds file without the extension (ex : file="Dogfight\mymission1.0")

As you can see it finally starting fine. But clent can't download mission while connecting.

And one More. Can i use my existing Login and password? or i need to buy one more licence to use it on server? Because as i can see i can't use it while server connected to master server.

You have to use a separate key for the server.

 

Just to investigate further more tell the client to empty his dogfight file in IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad\data\Multiplayer . This is the cache (when you join a server mission files are downloaded here)

Then let him try to connect and let see what file he is able to download.

 

Where did you find your SDS file ?

Just found description of ROF sds file.


Just to investigate further more tell the client to empty his dogfight file in IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad\data\Multiplayer . This is the cache (when you join a server mission files are downloaded here)

Then let him try to connect and let see what file he is able to download.

Didn't inderstand what to do.

I think that trouble not in the mission. I have tried to luonch some missions from cache and there was the same result. I think smth wronk with .sds file.

RoF and BoS SDS files are a little bit different !

 

Try to use this one. This is the one Syndicate staff gave me

dedicated_dogfight.zip

 

Don't forget to add login password and the path of your mission

The same problem(( Can't download mission. Do you have any example of working mission?

And Syndicate .sds looks the same as my own .sds

really strange !

May be a trouble in the configuration of your server ? something about a firewall or a router port

 

If you want to try a working mission you just have to connect on a server and it will download the mission in your Multiplayer\dogfight folder.

Then you just have to upload it in your server and launch it using your sds file

you can take a working mission in your cache folder 

if you have connected to an other server before their mission will be automaticily be downloaded in Multiplayer\dogfight

 

Take a mission in that folder upload it on your server and try it

Not working((...Think that trouble is in firewall may be. What ports the game uses for downloading mission?

Solved. The problem was with firewall!!! Got it after 3 days)) Thank's a lot for unswers. But if you have any ready missions post it here plz. To get more info about it. There noit too much inforamtion about missin building in internet.

Two licenses are needed to launch the dserver and fly at the same time. How in ROF?

It should be Expertmode. But in game it has markers, no radiator and mixture.

Do not understand how works Translator Next Mission? Can anybody describe it?

Also how can we control mission time? Is it possible to increase it over 3 hours?
