Some suggestion to xp and campaign/mission

Result: more immersion and fun

Suggestion:

1 Remove the unnecessary demand to pass a exit waypoint after enemy contact in campaign

2 Remove the penalty and critical damage stuff for a successful landing. If I run out of fuel or if my engine dies
on final and I manage to make a perfectly fine landing I don't need this. It's a simulation.
