cant log in to game

i buy the game on steam  i have activate my key on my account  i can log in my account no problem

 

but when i try to log in to game i cant ??  it say wrong password  or i have to activte key but my key is allready activated ???

 

i try to contact support but no answer  

 

what i have to do ??

I had to wait until I had conformation email, then everything was ok.
