Invalid license key in box

Hi,

 

I bought a boxed IL-2 Sturmovik as christmas present for my son but the key included is invalid according to your web site. I could use key code included in the box during setup but not when doing the final activation on your site. How do I proceed?

It is the quick start guide that is incorrect. You must NOT use the code inside the box for final activation. The first time you try to start the game using the Steam client you will see the code that should be used for final activation. Before going into print someone  should have taken a look at the quick start guide.
