Can't log in (I'm using all the correct info)

I just bought this game during the steam sale today. I created an account and activated it but have been unable to log in. I know for a fact I'm using the correct log in information. What's the deal? This is quite a downer.

Don´t know what to do?

I´m using my email and then using my confirmed password from the registration.
