Little Christmas gift for any Dev that wants it

Not sure if there is anyone on the team that hasn't already read this gem, but I just managed to finish reading it while on my trip for the Holidays and thought this would be a good way to express my appreciation for the Dev team's efforts to produce BoS in case maybe someone on the team wants it:

 

 

A remarkable read, written by a remarkable woman - Po-2 and Sturmovik pilot during the Great Patriotic War, eventually awarded Hero of the Soviet Union.  (She didn't get her first IL-2 in time to participate in the fighting at Stalingrad, but had an amazing combat experience and record in the type nonetheless).

 

Truly an inspiration!

 

I only have addresses for a couple of the dev team, so I thought this might be a better way to address the entire team.  I'll be happy to ship this book to the first dev who PMs me with an address to ship it to - I'll leave it up to them to share it among the team if there are more than one who hasn't read it yet.  If all of the team have already read it, then maybe the team can use it as an award/prize for some community contest for creation of missions or skins or something.

 

Sorry it won't get there before Christmas, but you can consider it a Chrsitmas gift anyway

 

Thanks again for the work you're doing to enable us to enjoy our flight sim hobby/passion - even though the product may not be exactly everything we might wish it could be, most of us still appreciate all the effort the team makes in what must sometimes seem like a thankless job.  So, in the spirit of the Holidays, here's an attempt to give a little back.

Yeah a nice gesture indeed. If you are shipping it to Russia fed. then you can declare it as documents only shipment so they don't have to pay any duties/taxes. Max 20kg per piece (max 70kg per week to same receiver/consignee)
