Will there be a readily available tactical map that is printable with good enough map detail that we can use for mission planning etc ?  Thanks in advance..

Probably there's yet not even a definitive in-game map defined, but what Spitzer asks for is great to start planning ahead our user-built campaigns

The developers have provided maps in various resolutions for users to print out for Rise of Flight so I suppose it is safe to assume that they will do the same for BOS.
Before they can provide such a map, the in-game one has to be finished first obviously, which I suppose is not yet the case.

Thanks Klunk.  Yeah....I'm sure a suitable map like the one I'm proposing is already available just like the ones we have in FMB for IL-2 1946.  I would like to see the same thing here as well.  It shouldn't be a problem.
