Hi!

I have a question regarding the point counting in MP. I do not really play much MP, so I do not have that much experience. 

 

My problem is, that the game always counted my flight as an emergency landing. I landed back at the airfield I took off and it did not count as a Landing. What do I have to do in order to achieve that? Do I have to taxi to a specific position or something like that? I just landed, got off the runway and shut off my engine.

 

Another Issue that I am having is, that my kills did not count after my "emergency landing".

 

For example, yesterday I was flying on the Syndicate Server. I got in a fight with a few other planes and shot down a PE-2. I checked the statistics with the TAB-key, and it clearly stated, that i had a kill. I lost track of my buddies and the enemy and flew back home, landed, freed the runway and shut off the enigne. Then I clicked "Finish Flight". 

After that: Emergency landing and 0 kills. -> 0 Points

 

Can somebody tell me what I am doing wrong? This happens almost everytime to me...

I think you got no points for multiplayer. At least if you're talking about the points unlocking mods.

 

But I have to say that on the after landing screen I'm always credited with the same I could see in the ingame TAB summary. I can even see the number of assistance and the type of targets I destroyed on ground/shot down. There could be several reasons why your landing is solved as crash. You could land on inactive AF (I think it counts as crash even if you land on AF which needs to be activated by supply flight but is inactive at the moment you landed). You could be damaged on landing. You could be damaged in the air (enough to be credited as someones kill), landed save and sound but still would be credited by crash. Etc.

Yes, I know that you do not get any XP for unlocking stuff in MP.

But I am pretty sure that I did not damage anything while I landed, and I landed at the same airfield I took off and I am sure it was active. Still the game never counted my landing as a landing.

In the campaing my landings always count as a landing, but not in MP. It's not really a problem to me, because I don't really care about the statistics, but I find it kind of strange.

There is no points count in MP. It is ZERO all the time. You only get kills counts at best.

 

Regarding the emergency landing... It counts as one if you are damaged in any way, both MP and SP.

It can sometimes be a bit buggy when registering landing correctly, but I think it simply playing on a map that has no points
