Full Screen with Nvidia

I was crashing every time I ran BoS until I unchecked Full Screen and now it runs perfectly.

Just tried Battlefield 4 also and although I was getting a consistent 60fps on Ultra at 1080x1920 there was this strange blurring when I moved my mouse around, like a double ghost or shadow around objects. Then I switched from Full Screen to Windowed (no frame) wow! It looks fantastic now! Same with a Call of Duty: AW. Wow, it makes a big difference. It's not upping the frame rate, with 2x 980s everything runs really fast but it's this stuttering feel. Is this the way everything should be run? I had always interpreted "full screen" to mean not windowed ie framed. I guess that's not the case.
