Uyghur Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 Keep the current unlock system to SP to those people who like to play SP,, but I think the Modifications should be all unlocked in MP from the "day 1".... If I want to load a bomb on a bf-109 and go for a bombing run in MP.. and assuming this is what I like to do and also the reason why I bought the game .. And....now...I am not allow to do that unless I play days and days of MP .. I backed this game back in 2013,, still didnt touch it after beta, cuz im still waiting for this unlock thing to be fixed.. Please state your opinion without any kind of "attack" to me and the devs,,We all know they are working hard

If people just played and enjoyed the game instead of complaining about every little thing, the forums and the community would be a lot better, because right now the only thing I see is people bashing out at the game because of the unlocks (which you can play the mp without them just fine) and other minor things (dserver and fmb) which will eventually come with updates. I've never see any game using this kind of system tbh..

Me neither, but the unlocks made me play the Stuka/IL2/Pe2 otherwise I wouldnt play. When the unlocks came out I rushed to get the additional cannons for my 190, after that it was the removal of the metal plate behind you head for the 109's, as I find those the most important unlocks. After that, it was me playing the sp just for the fun of playing it! I decided to start to unlock the things on the planes that I dont usually fly, like the stuka, and as I was unlocking everything I rather enjoyed flying that ground attack plane, something that I wouldnt do without the idea of unlocks. The point is: people should enjoy the game and stop complaining and finding excuses, you already bought the game, now just play and enjoy ffs. If many had spent as much time flying the SP campaign as they have complaining over the last 6 weeks they would probably be done with the campaign. Because there is a russian version that goes for about $10 us but requires the player to grind for unlocks. Actually I think it is 12 US and the have to grind for everything. Including additional content ... I have no idea how different the grind is but I imagine it isn't as easy as it is here.

When the developer says they are doing what they can and somethings will not change... then all this complaining becomes meaningless. People com-plain about aspects of the sim. When the developer addresses some of those aspects as in the 32 player limit.. people complain and say why isn't it 64.. when they say somethings will not change then people complain because they did not get the answer they wanted. Sorry but that's a stupid criticsm against those that have a genuine complaint. Otherwise the same could be said about anything you receive which is not up to the standard you expect. Bad meal at a restaurant: "If people spent as long eating the meal as complaining ..." Bad quality pair of jeans: "If people spent as long wearing the jeans as complaining ..." Bad movie: "If people spent as long watching the film as complaining ..." Bad novel: "If people spent as long reading the book as complaining ..." Bad car: "If people spent as long driving the car as complaining ..." Sorry but if someone has bought something and they're unsatisfied "suck it up" is the last thing they want to be told. None of these poor examples of yours applies to this situation. You guys DO need to suck it up. Look you get a bad meal at restaurant .. you don't sit at the table for three hours nibbling on the meal and then when it is almost done you complain and ask for your money back. You don't go to the restaurant daily over a bad meal and tell everyone else in the restaurant how much your meal sucked for you. You get some bad jeans.. if you don't either try them on or take them back with the tags still on once you get them home then you get what you paid for. You don't go to the company that made the jeans or spam their website because you weren't happy. If you do then you have other issues. You go to a bad movie you don't sit through the movie and then demand a refund during the last 15 minutes. You buy a bad novel.. you put it down... If you go to the bookstore to return it a month later because you read it and didn't like it you will be laughed out of the store. Try buying a bad car and returning it a few months later. Why? we paid money and got a less than satisfactory product, I could simply go for a refund, I did approach zak with that suggestion once but was reassured I should hang on, I did because I'd like to see the game do well, but it seems the devs don't.

Order that steak, get a hamburger, shurg your shoulders and eat it quietly. Sounds about right. If the developers dont want feedback from all paying cutomers, lock the forums to everyone but the select few and enjoy the rainbows and sunshine. Or better yet, give a refund for the game, and lock access to the people that took it. I would happily give up my game/account and stop posting if I had nothing invested. Good idea? 4

They're a small team with, as Zak said, only one programmer. ONE. Right now they're working on all the other stuff the community wants. After that we can, by all means, reopen this can of worms for the millionth time. Threads like this make me think there should be a new sub-section of the forum called "down in flames", where people can vent all their anger, discuss the "other game" and be as nasty and malicious as they like just to get it out of their system. It would at least keep the rest of the forum civilised and friendly.

Have you forgotten the poll that was created in July 2013? How about when the graphics presets were dropped on us? People really haven't been sat "at the table for three hours nibbling on the meal" before making their feelings known. Unfortunately nobody listened and here we are! And the devs are somehow surprised that the Metacritic scores are so low. Unfortunately, the complaints won't stop, because people are unhappy, and I guess banning people and silencing them won't make them any less unhappy or any less likely to complain or criticise. Of course I have. I am not blind. I have complained mysaelf... but it is what it is and all this complaining has gotten nothing but bans for some folks and that is all it is going to get from here on out unless the devs decide to change something. The issues are well know and most of the complaints have been posted ad nauseum by you and others who are now also banned from posting here because they just don't friggin get it. NEXT!
