Like everyone else it has software to map, however you don't need it to map BOS key settings, you can directly map them to the stick.  It may be pricy, but if you're in it for the long haul, you'll want a stick that will last and not crap out on you in the middle of a game.

Only issue is to make sure they are hooked up using a 3.0 USB port.  Otherwise you'll have ghost presses during the game and it will frustrate the hell out of you.
