gx007 Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 (edited) Has anyone solved the problem of the CH MFP not recognized in BoS settings? It works when you launch the CH control manager, but then the other USB devices do not work. Thanks gx EDIT: It seems the game engine may have a USB limit. Anybody here find a work around? http://www.ch-hangar.com/forum/index.php/topic/7679-ch-control-manager-mapping-makes-trackir-and-saitek-pedals-vanish-in-rof/ Edited December 1, 2014 by gx007
Jason_Williams Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 This is not a problem of our engine. The MFP is not a DirectX input device. It is actually an Ergodex DX1 panel that was re-purposed by Ch Products for gaming. You need to use the CH Control Manager software to program the buttons. I have one and this is what I do. Jason
1./KG4_Blackwolf Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 (edited) Is that true in other games as well? I was looking to pick one up but I don't like to use the software. Just straight to programming from the game. If that's the case, I may pass on the MFP. Edited December 1, 2014 by Blackwolf
fiddlinjim Posted December 5, 2014 Posted December 5, 2014 I use both Saitek MFD's in BOS and COD and they work beautifully using standard in-game assignments.
Maxyman Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 Have you configured your MFP in Control Manager? MFP buttons are unassigned by default.
