Joystick- and Keyboard Settings Import/Export

Hi  there!

I am a long time pilot, flying Il-2 1946 and more for 10 years ! 

I have a simple and easy question, but it is very important for me!

Why is it not possible to export the keyboard- and Joystick-settings from 1946 into BoS ?

I needed months for the final settings in 1946 and dont want to do all this again  in BoS?

It's really a big reason to NOT play that amazing game regulary...

Anyone ideas?

No way to import, different files format.

 

But you can configure BoS controls close to like you are used in il-2'46.

 

BTW - Send me  (PM) the text file for your il-2'46 config  - is in  \Users\"player name"\settings.ini, I configure for you.

Hi,

 

Does anyone know how I can export the keyboard layout for BoS? I mean, I want to obtain a file (html, preferably), like in DCS World where I can export my keyboard layout, so that I can map those keyboard controls to my Saitek x52. Given that there are many controls to map, I want to use my Saitek programming tool; I cannot cover so many keys without this tool.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What you want is the file default.actions in 

 

... Battle of Stalingrad\data\input\

 

But here in the forum are a PDF with commands names, look at Manuals sub forum.
