vonLazan Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 (edited) I think he's referring to the AI's uncanny ability to shoot in visual conditions (blinded by fog) with high accuracy. Although this has been a thing with flight sims and other sims (ArmA) forever and I don't foresee a solution. Edited November 30, 2014 by 9./JG53_vonLazan
Blutaar Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 One or two patches ago i was shot down in heavy clouds where i was hiding from to many enemy aircrafts, im sure they said that the AI cant see through clouds but they killed me this way. So maybe its not true that they cant see through clouds, maybe it is a bug and they will look at it or it was just bad luck, i didnt try to reproduce it.
sato-bd Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 i was shot today by ai in a very full frog, ai are not disturbed by clouds or fog

Sorry, but this is not an unsolvable problem.

Y-29.Silky Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 I haven't noticed this, or at least it never happened to me. I think one of the devs mentioned they can't, but these types of complaints are usually good if there's a video to support it..

The instances where I got shot was from close and the AI just just wildly into my flying path. Humans do that spray as well if we go hide in the clouds. Extend the distance from the knife and the AI won't shoot that much through the cloud layer as they lose you as well as you lose them.
