grandkodiak Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 Still can't figure these out... Been practicing singleplayer enguagements, but how do you rearm? Missing with bombs, then you're out. I can land pretty well now, but I don't ever get replenished on the runway, taxiway, near hangers... and I don't see a control command? How do I get more ammo to keep going without exiting and starting again? Second, what do you have to do to unlock weapons, upgrades, paint schemese etc??
Maple_X Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 1. You can't rearm. Exit mission. 2. Play campaign. If you success full (from take-off to landing) and expert (difficulty mode) mission, you can get 240 points without any air/ground score. In the case of short (air-start, air-end) and normal mission, 60 points.
grandkodiak Posted November 28, 2014 Author Posted November 28, 2014 Ok started the sp. campaign... now level 3. Wish there was a single page intro to say all this in the main menu lol. Looks like I'm back on track with this sim now. Only problem I have now is that for some reason, the bomb window and brakes are connected even though they clearly have seperate joystick button asignments and no doubles. 7 is brakes, 8 is window... 8 does nothing, 7 applies brakes and cycles window. ah well lol at least there is no drawback to actuating the brakes midflight nor window while on the runway haha. Very wierd no rearms... is that true even in multiplayer duals? ive yet to venture online yet until i get my basics down! thanks all! if it werent for the forum community I would have wanted my $60 back ASAP.
Sokol1 Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Maybe you are used to Ream and Refuel in War Thunder, but in this game this is not implemented - and was told it will not be. So, is need live with this. Re check you buttons assignment for buttons 7 and 8, is not expected that brakes command (7) open bomb bay doors. If in button 7 assignment is show a orange square, means that this button are assigned for other function too, by placing the mouse cursor over this square you see for what. Or perhaps your joystick button 7 are send "ghost" press for 8...
