I know I'm a newbee and I don't want to disrespect the fantastic job everyone's done with this outstanding simulator, but this IS a rather obvious error. German bombers mounted bombs hanging from the nose in the bay forcing them to drop tail first causing a wobble and reduced accuracy. I am  not inexperienced enough in game play to know whether or not this issue has been address in an update but I checked the forums for this topic and didn't get any hits.

But I'm puzzled - what "issue" is there that needs to be addressed?  Have you actually played the game?  As you will see from the screenshot below, this peculiarity is modeled in the game:
