Request Customer Support

I have a friend that has just let me know his account on IL2 BOS is locked and connot password reset. He needs to email support to get his account working again. Where is the customer support button ?

I was waiting 24 hours for my password reset mail. And maybe as far as my "help me" mail to the adress provided above helped to get it.
